With the beloved one of the regional food, our Head Chef, Denis Groetz, is inspired fresh products of season to compose a card which conjugates the beautiful and the voucher.
Far from being held in the traditional dishes, the Chef of our restaurant takes a malicious
delight in reinventing the classics of the Provençal cooking. And for a more distant journey,
a light Asian touch sometimes comes to create the surprise.
According to the season, you will take advantage of an exceptional view on the deck
of the ship, or will taste the warm and authentic atmosphere in the stomach of the boat.
You will be welcomed to the restaurant of Marseillois by François Mantez, our "Captain"
and his team, who will watch to make you pass the most pleasant of the moments.
